A Brief History

Baldragon Homes was incorporated on 16th June 1991. Owned and managed totally by the Niven family. The management team has a combined experience in the construction industry of over 60 years and have had involvement in various types of construction projects during this time.

Despite the youth of the company, Baldragon Homes has become a well established house builder with a reputation for constructing spacious quality family homes at a very affordable price.

The company has successfully completed developments at:-

Baldragon Court (1992)
Baldragon View (1992 to 1994)
Harestane Grove (1994 to 1995)
Pitcairn Green (1995 to 1996)
Claverhouse Braes (1996 to 1999)
Emmock Woods Village (1999 to present)

Baldragon Homes is based in Dundee, Scotland and its head office and 20,000sq. ft production and storage facility provides everything required for the day to day operations of the company.

Our philosophy is to provide quality and value for the customer, whilst we strive to maintain the highest standards in design and layout and enhance our reputation based on traditional values.
